Wayne’s background and expertise within the golf industry spans over three decades of working at some of the world’s most prestigious golf clubs and resorts. As part of the team responsible for the creation and implementation of the European Tour’s Race to Dubai and DP World Tour Championship, Wayne worked closely with the European Tour as Director of Instruction in the creation, development and management of the European Tour Performance Institute. A member of the Professional Golf Association of Great Britain & Ireland, Wayne has held key roles and positions in golf operations and instruction around the globe, most notably working with Butch Harmon as a Teaching professional at his golf school in the USA. Wayne has written numerous instructional articles for Golf Digest, Worldwide Golf and Middle East Golfer publications and held the position of National Coach to the UAE National Golf Team.
